Equipment Detailer/Facility Custodian

Primary Function
Responsible for all aspects of cleaning and detailing truck interiors, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. Also oversees daily custodial duties in and around the Big G Express facility, helping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that supports company standards and operational efficiency.
Description
- Clean, detail truck interiors with commitment to quality work.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and all aspects of disinfecting common areas used by company personnel.
- Responsible to immediate supervisor for reporting deficiencies in all areas of facility to include but not limited to, restrooms, common areas, office spaces, entries, and hallways.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory required to perform truck detailing and custodial duties and reporting to immediate supervisor when supplies are low.
- Utilize company computer systems and web services during the performance of duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Skills
- Working knowledge in the use of detailing and custodial tools required.
- Ability to identify issues and solve routine problems.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer skills preferred for data entry into maintenance systems.
- Experience in vehicle detailing

- Willingness to travel within proximity of terminal (close geographical area), work required schedule, work at specific location required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
