Big G Driver Of The Month March 2024 – Carlos Garaicoa

With a firm grip on the steering wheel, Carlos embarked on a new journey with Big G Express in January of 2022. Little did he know that this path would lead him to be awarded March Driver of the Month in 2024. Carlos explains that his passion for driving was a calling, a way of life. "Just love to drive," he'd often say with a smile.  Over the course of his driving career, Carlos had pulled everything from dry vans to flatbed trailers, navigating highways with skill. Yet, amidst the miles traveled and the cargo hauled, it was the moments of camaraderie that stood out the most to him. Whether lending a helping hand to a fellow driver struggling or offering guidance in times of need, Carlos found fulfillment in supporting his peers on the road. Off Duty Carlos found breakdancing; a passion cultivated since 2008. He would lose himself in the music, letting his body move in harmony with the beat. Based in Davenport, Florida, he advised newcomers to: "Take your time, and don't rush." It was a mantra he lived by, both on and off the road, a reminder to savor each moment and embrace the journey ahead.
